Landing Shutdown FAQ

‼️ KEY INFORMATION TO KNOW

As of September 18, 2024 - our team will close both the Landing website and mobile app. After this date, creators will not be able to sign into Landing accounts, access the collages they have created, or obtain any other information from the platform. This decision is NOT one we take lightly. It has been informed by 6+ months of intense product testing, user research, deep observation of the ways in which the world has changed over the past 5 years for creators and consumers, and doing everything in our power to give Landing the best shot at success. We realize this will be sad and upsetting news for many in our community - our team feels this with you, and we are here to support you in any way we can. Building Landing with our community has been the privilege of a lifetime.
In October, our team will launch a NEW platform called Zeen, building on all we have learned and experienced creating Landing**.** See below for how to learn more and join the waitlist for Zeen.

Download all of the content you would like to save from Landing by Weds, Sept 18 at 11:59 PM EST and save to your personal files. After this time, you will not be able to log into your Landing account, save collages you have made, or access any information from your profile or the platform at all.
Sign up for the Zeen waitlist here - All creators on the waitlist will be invited to join Zeen to claim their usernames ahead of its public launch in early October.

Monday, August 19 → All Landing users notified of Landing shutdown and transition to Zeen via email to give full month notice to download content on Landing to ensure it is not lost.
Wednesday, August 21 → Landing Team will consolidate all Community Spaces on the Landing mobile app to create ONE Space where we will share ongoing announcements with our community. Join the “Landing > Zeen” Community Space for updates and ongoing opportunities to share contact information and stay connected with other creators in the community.
Wednesday, September 18 at 11:59 PM EST → Landing web platform and app close and will no longer be accessible.
Early October 2024 → Landing team will launch a new platform called Zeen, which will be publicly available and free for any creator to sign up and join.
